Carson’s experience in urban planning includes work in comprehensive planning, growth management, and community engagement. They regularly lead data analysis, research, and methodology design in response to project needs. They identify trends and patterns in data such as demographics, geography, and lived experience, and contextualize them in engaging storytelling and visualization formats. Their approach centers effective communication of complex topics, ideas, and processes to ensure a more community-led process. They hold a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Florida.
